We’re heading back to Somerset in March 2027 for our next Glastonbury Dance Weekend — two nights of dancing, good food, great company and, this time, a focus on Argentine Tango.

Our dance weekends are always designed to be relaxed and sociable rather than an intensive dance course. There is plenty of dancing, but also plenty of time to enjoy the hotel, explore the local area or simply put your feet up between sessions!

This year: Argentine Tango

Our main Saturday workshop will concentrate on Argentine Tango.

As with our previous dance weekends, we’ll run one two-hour workshop that begins with a relatively simple sequence and gradually develops as the session progresses.

There’s no pressure to keep adding more and more material. If you reach a point where you feel you’ve learnt enough, you can simply stop adding the next section and spend the remaining time practising what you already have.

We’ll then have another opportunity on Sunday morning to recap what we’ve covered before heading home.

You certainly don’t need to be an Argentine Tango expert to join us but the workshops are best suited to those with some experience!

Saturday night: Black & Red

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Learn To Dance weekend without a Saturday night theme.

For 2027 we’re going with:

Black & Red

As always, this is intended to add a bit of fun to the evening rather than being a strict dress code.

You can embrace the theme as much — or as little — as you like, although our themed evenings tend to be very popular and it’s always great to see what everyone comes up with!

The weekend runs from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th March 2027.

Your break includes:

Two nights’ accommodation
Dinner on Friday and Saturday
Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
Argentine Tango workshop on Saturday morning
Recap workshop on Sunday morning
Dancing on Friday and Saturday evenings
Our Saturday Black & Red themed evening

Lunches, drinks and travel to and from the hotel are not included.

A rough itinerary

Friday

Check-in from 3pm.

For those able to arrive by around 7pm, we’ll meet in the ballroom for a sparkling welcome before heading down for dinner.

Dinner will be at approximately 7.30pm, followed by dancing from around 9pm–11pm.

Saturday

Our Argentine Tango workshop will run approximately 10.30am–12.30pm.

The afternoon is then yours to enjoy. The hotel is within walking distance of Clarks Village, so there’s also the option of a little outlet shopping — or perhaps simply finding somewhere for lunch and relaxing before the evening.

Dinner will be at approximately 7pm before our Black & Red themed evening and dancing from around 9pm–11pm.

Sunday

We’ll finish the weekend with a recap workshop from approximately 10.30am–12pm, with hotel check-out by 11am.

The timings above are intended as a guide and the final itinerary will be sent to everyone attending nearer the weekend.

How much does it cost?

The weekend costs:

£245 per person

However, if you book and pay in full by 30th November 2026, you’ll receive our £15 Early Bird discount, reducing the price to:

£230 per person

The Early Bird discount is applied automatically when you book before the deadline.

Double, twin and a limited number of single rooms are available.

Our allocated single rooms are available without a single supplement, but numbers are limited. If the single-room option is no longer showing on the booking system, please contact us before booking another room type.
