How our gift vouchers work
Learn To Dance gift vouchers are sent by email.
You can send the voucher directly to the recipient, or send it to yourself if you would prefer to print it or forward it with your own message.
When buying a voucher, you can choose one of our pre-selected amounts or enter your own value.
You can also add a personal message and choose the email address the voucher should be sent to.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift voucher delivery times
Gift vouchers are delivered by email.
If you choose a future delivery date during the ordering process, the voucher email will usually be sent at around 1.00pm on your chosen date.
If you would like the voucher to be delivered straight away, please do not enter a future delivery date when ordering. The voucher should then be emailed shortly after purchase.
If you are buying a voucher for same-day delivery and have any problems, please contact us and we can arrange for the voucher to be emailed manually where possible.
What can a gift voucher be used for?
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against most Learn To Dance services, including:
- Adult Ballroom & Latin group classes
- FitSteps Dance Fitness
- Private dance lessons
- Wedding first dance lessons
- Beginner and improver dance courses
- Social events and dance activities
- Gift credit for an existing Learn To Dance student

How much should I spend?
You can choose the amount that suits your budget.
As a guide:
£10–£25
A lovely contribution towards classes, FitSteps or a future booking.
£50
A good starting amount for someone who wants to try a few classes or put the voucher towards a private lesson.
£100
A generous gift towards private lessons, wedding dance tuition or a package of classes.
£200+
Ideal for someone who would like a fuller dance experience, such as several private lessons, wedding dance preparation or multiple class packs.

Please leave the future delivery date blank when ordering for instant email delivery. Future-dated vouchers are normally emailed at around 1.00pm on the selected date.
How to redeem a Learn To Dance gift voucher
Each gift voucher has a unique 12-digit code. Please keep this code safe, as it is needed to redeem the voucher.
To redeem your voucher, you can either:
- quote the voucher code when contacting us; or
- use our full booking system and enter the gift-card code when purchasing or booking.
Please note that redeeming voucher credit may not automatically reserve a class, lesson or event space. If you are unsure how to use your voucher, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
