About our Cherry Orchard Dance Studio Venue for Hire
Did you know our dance studio is adjacent to an actual Cherry Orchard Nature Park (hence the name)? This is a popular site for dog walkers and can be great if you want some fresh air when not in the studio.
The site can be busy at weekends, during the football season, but during the week it's rarely too busy.
Our main hall in the dance studio is approx. 1900 sq ft. The main dance floor area is 17m x 7.5m with additional width at both ends of the room.
We have a sprung wooden dance floor and a built-in music system. Our music system has both auxiliary and bluetooth connections and has 8 speakers spread around the hall.
There are a variety of sized mirrors around the dance studio, and a portable ballet barre at the venue too.
We also have a small kitchen attached to the hall with a microwave and fridge. A hot water urn can be made available for a small hire fee.
There are chairs and tables to seat up to 60 (basic set up is tabled seating for 24 with 24 seats around the room and the remainder stacked).
We have plenty of free parking for our venue on site as well as toilet and shower facilities. Please note there may be restricted access to some facilities at weekends.
Our dance studio venue has step-free access to and from the hall as well as disabled toilet facilities.
Hire our Dance Studio venue
The hall can be hired from an hourly basis up to full-day, with discounts available for longterm or bulk hirers.
All hirers are required to have their own public liability insurance, and copies are required to be provided in advance of any hire. We are required to provide copies to Burnham Parish Council who own the Cherry Orchard Pavilion.
Regular hirers are provided with a front door key and the details of our interior key safe for further access. A refundable security deposit is required.

All we ask is that you treat our Dance Studio as if it was your own. There should be no outside shoes worn on the dance floor, or at least they should be clean. All shoes should be non-marking and no stiletto/thin heels.
Studio Availability
Subject to existing hires, and our own timetable, our studio is currently available at the following times:
- Mondays before 1pm
- Fridays after 4pm (approx. every two months we have an event in the evening though)
- Saturdays all day
Also on an ad hoc basis, or during school half terms, there may be additional availability that can be arranged.

Please note we currently do not hire our dance studio venue out for private parties/events. We are happy to suggest other local halls that might be suitable for this purpose.
