Learn To Dance is a dedicated dance and fitness studio in Burnham, close to Slough, Maidenhead and the M4. Our spacious main studio has a sprung wooden floor, mirrors, Bluetooth sound system, free on-site parking and step-free access.
From £30 per hour
Hourly, half-day and full-day hire available, with preferential rates for regular bookings.

A dedicated space with room to move
The main studio is approximately 1,900 sq ft, with a principal dance-floor area of 17m x 7.5m and additional width at each end.
It is a bright, welcoming environment with plenty of natural light — ideal for movement-based classes, rehearsals and creative work.

Convenient Burnham location
The studio is based at Cherry Orchard Pavilion on Britwell Road, Burnham, SL1 8DL — within easy reach of Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor and the surrounding Buckinghamshire and Berkshire areas.
The venue sits between the Cherry Orchard Nature Park, and football playing fields, offering a pleasant setting and the opportunity to step outside between sessions.
Studio Hire Rates
All rates include exclusive use of the main studio, use of the built-in sound system, mirrors, kitchen area, toilets and free on-site parking.
Regular weekday daytime hire
£30 per hour
Available for the same weekly daytime booking, Monday to Thursday, subject to a minimum 10-week commitment.
One-off and ad-hoc weekday hire
£35 per hour
Ideal for workshops, rehearsals, one-off classes and short-term bookings.
Peak-time hire
£40 per hour
Applies to Friday late-afternoon/evening, Saturdays and other high-demand times.
Full-day hire
From £225
Weekday hire of up to eight hours is available from £225. Friday and Saturday full-day hire is available from £275.
Filming and commercial content hire
£50 per hour
For commercial filming, photography, content creation and larger equipment set-ups. Minimum three-hour booking applies.
A minimum two-hour booking applies to one-off hires. Hire time includes access, set-up, clear-down and departure from the studio.
Discounted rates may be available for longer-term, regular or multi-session bookings. Please contact us with your preferred dates, times and intended use.

Dance Floor Hire for Dance Teachers
Are you a dance teacher looking for a professional space to teach private lessons or small sessions?
We offer flexible dance-floor hire for approved independent teachers, subject to availability around our own timetable. It is ideal for one-to-one lessons, couples, small coaching sessions and practice appointments.
You and your students can benefit from our sprung wooden floor, mirrors, built-in sound system, free parking and comfortable studio environment — without needing to commit to hiring the full studio.
Teacher floor hire from £17 per hour
This option is designed for private teaching rather than exclusive use of the whole studio. Availability, access arrangements and any shared use of the space will be confirmed before booking.
Regular weekly bookings may be available for suitable instructors. Please get in touch with details of the style of dance you teach, your preferred days and times, and your insurance arrangements.
A few important hire details
To help keep the studio safe, clean and enjoyable for everyone:
- Hirers must provide evidence of valid public liability insurance before their booking.
- Footwear must be clean, non-marking and suitable for a wooden dance floor. Stiletto or thin heels are not permitted.
- A refundable security deposit may be required, particularly for regular or independent-access hires.
- Studio must be returned to the same condition as at start of hire.
- Hirers have 15 minutes either side of a hire period for set up, and pack up, included in their hire.
- We are not currently available for private parties, birthday celebrations or social events.
Full hire terms will be provided before a booking is confirmed.
