This week’s torture technique was designed to help Lily isolate her core to practice the Samba action…it’s not actually torture though…right???
Bournemouth Dance Weekend
Bookings close the end of this month.
Places start from £325pp, with upgraded rooms available. There is a single person supplement of £70.

Our next beginner course will be the Waltz starting from Sunday 7th September.
The course runs for an initial 6 weeks and is extended in 6 week blocks subject to interest.
