A reminder that we have the excellent Erin Boag visiting us on Sunday 10th Novemnber for an afternoon of Ballroom dance workshops.

We still have spaces available so let us know asap if you wish to join us. Limited walk-in places may be available.

Parking Ticket Cancellations

Cherry Orchard Dance Studio Exterior Car Parking

Due to a significant increase in requests to cancel parking tickets, and the time taken for us to cancel the ticket, we will be implementing a £10 admin fee for cancelling parking tickets issued from 8th November onwards.

A reminder that EVERY DAY you visit the studio you must enter your number plate into the parking tablet provided to be granted a parking permit.

The system works using an ANPR camera at the entrance so tickets are automatically issued if you fail to do this.

As of 1st September you only get 30 minutes of free parking, and there is no return within an hour. ANY VISIT entering or leaving after 7pm, regardless of length, will need a parking permit.

We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Erin Boag Workshop Day

Join us on Sunday 10th November for an afternoon of Ballroom Dance workshops as we welcome back Strictly legend Erin Boag.

Four workshops

2pm Waltz
3pm Foxtrot
4pm Tango
5pm Viennese

Each workshop costs £25pp but you can get a block booking discount of all four for £70, £57.50 for any three workshops, or £42.50 for any two.

Solo Charleston Beginner Course

We will have a beginner Solo Charleston course starting from Sunday 17th November at 6pm.

The four week course costs £35pp and is available to book now.

Our Christmas Party takes place on Friday 6th December. Doors open 7pm with a welcome drink and dancing runs from 8.30pm-11pm.

There is a ‘Winter Wonderland’ theme to the event (so think White or Silver) but it’s not compulsory.

Christmas Afternoon Tea

Our Christmas Afternoon Tea takes place on Sunday 15th December. Doors open 1pm and runs to 4pm.

There is a ‘Christmas Jumper’ theme to the event but it’s not compulsory.

Blackpool Experience Break?

A reminder that if you are interested in a potential trip to Blackpool in January you must complete this form to register your interest.

We will shortly be making a decision as to whether this break will go ahead or not so need all interested parties to register (this does not commit you to booking).

Glastonbury Dance Break

Next year’s Glastonbury Dance Break will take place from Friday 7th – Sunday 9th March 2025.

This break will focus on Viennese Waltz, and the theme of the Saturday night will be ‘Viennese Ball’.

The break costs £225pp but you can save £15pp if you book and pay in full by 30th November 2024.

All solo rooms are now fully booked and we’re over 60% booked! There are only 4 double rooms remaining.
