Bachata & Argentine Tango recap, plus New Daytime Dances Announced
Classes this week will be covering Bachata plus recapping the Argentine Tango.
We’ve also announced two brand new daytime dance classes starting next month – Sequence Dancing on Mondays and Line Dancing on Wednesdays, you can check out our announcement if you missed it this week.

Sequence Dancing – Step-by-Step
Mondays from 2nd November
12.30pm–1.15pm | £10 per person
Ever found yourself following everyone else around the dance floor, hoping you’re doing the right steps?
Our new weekly Sequence Dancing class will break down popular routines step by step, from traditional favourites like the Catherine Waltz and Rumba One to newer dances and your requests!
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to brush up on their steps. No partner needed, and you can use your existing class packages or membership.
Even better, you can stay for our Monday Tea Dance at 1.30pm afterwards!
New Beginner Line Dancing Classes!
Wednesdays from 4th November
11.30am–12.15pm | £7 per person
Fancy trying something new? Our Beginner Line Dancing classes start on Wednesday 4th November at 11.30am!
No partner or previous experience needed, and we’ll be dancing to a variety of music — not just country and western!
Classes are just £7 for 45 minutes, with discounted passes available. Already attend FitSteps? You can use your existing passes too!
Come along, learn some new steps and have a laugh along the way!
‘Pot Luck’ Weekly Course
Pot Luck this week was a revisit to Rumba from Glastonbury 2017.
Remember you can attend any week of this course for £10pp, and you can book into individual weeks online.
We’ve had a couple of other requests, but if there’s any routines you’d like to see again let us know.

Glastonbury Dance Weekend 2027 – Argentine Tango – bookings now open!
Join us at The Wessex Hotel, Street, Somerset from Friday 12th–Sunday 14th March 2027 for a weekend of dancing, dinner, bed & breakfast, social dancing and Argentine Tango workshops.
This year’s Saturday night theme is Black & Red.
£245pp, or £230pp Early Bird when booked and paid in full by 30th November 2026.
Double, twin and a limited number of single rooms are available.
