Connect through dance with Rumba this week
This week we’ll be looking at Rumba and recapping Waltz.
Our beginner Rock & Roll course extends on Sunday 24th May, and our next beginner course will be Waltz from Sunday 12th July.
A reminder that we will be open on Bank Holiday Monday for the afternoon tea dance, and the evening beginner and improver classes, but the Waltz course won’t be taking place on either Monday 25th May nor 1st June.
Also we are looking into the possibility of reintroducing regular practice sessions at Learn To Dance. Either on Friday evenings or Saturdays (either afternoon or evening). If that’s something that might be of interest please let us know (including whether you have a preference).
Finally the booking deadline for our 20th Gala is Saturday 20th June.
Beginner Rock & Roll Extension
Our beginner Rock & Roll course extends from Sunday 24th May.
The extension costs £50pp and is available to book now.
Beginner courses will switch to Waltz from Sunday 12th July.
Bank Holiday Opening Times
A reminder that we are open on Monday 25th May, though there will be no Waltz course that Monday all other classes – and the afternoon tea dance – will take place as normal.
20th Gala Booking Deadline next month
Our 20th Gala takes place on Saturday 4th July.
The evening will feature performances from students, a two-course dinner, and live ballroom and Latin American music with the band Simply Swing.
Tickets cost £100pp and the booking deadline has been confirmed as Saturday 20th June, so you have just under a month to get yourself booked in!
