This year marks 20 years of Learn To Dance… and we’re celebrating in style.
On Saturday 4th July, we’ll be hosting a very special Gala Evening at Dorney Lake—bringing together our dancers past and present for what promises to be a truly unforgettable night.
With a beautiful setting, a two-course dinner, live music from Simply Swing, and of course a full evening of dancing, this is shaping up to be a once-in-a-decade celebration of everything Learn To Dance has become over the past 20 years.
💛 A Lovely Gesture… That Got Us Thinking
Recently, one of our dancers very kindly offered to contribute towards the cost of the dance floor hire for the evening.
It was such a thoughtful gesture—and it really meant a lot.
But more than that, it got us thinking…

Over the years, Learn To Dance has never just been about steps or technique.
It’s been about:
- Friendships formed
- Confidence built
- Weddings danced
- Memories made
So rather than this just being our event…
What if it became something the whole Learn To Dance community—and even local businesses—could be part of creating together?

So we thought we’d open the door.
There are a number of elements that make up an evening like this—from the live music, to the dance floor, to capturing the memories through photography and video.
