• Time: Doors open at 7:00 PM; dancing continues until 11:00 PM

• Ticket Price: £40 per person (includes a welcome drink; attendees to bring their own additional beverages)

• Main Course Options:
  • Chicken & Brie Kiev, served with Irish Cabbage, Parmentier Potatoes & Thyme Jus
  • Supreme of Salmon, accompanied by Candied Tarragon, Lemon and Potato Risotto with Baby Watercress
  • Potato Gnocchi with Miso Glazed Aubergine, Romanesco, Red Pepper, and Aromatic Tomato Sauce (Vegetarian)
• Dessert:
  • Poached Rhubarb Panna Cotta with Rhubarb Compote and Shortbread
