Coronavirus Dance Classes
UPDATE: YOU ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED TO COMMIT TO FOUR WEEKS OF CLASSES, AND WE ARE OPERATING A 24HR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Coronavirus preparations appear to have worked well for our private lessons last month and we’re now in a position to begin re-introducing group classes into our schedule.
All classes will be pre-booked only and you will be required to commit to an initial four weeks. You will then be booked in until the end of the year, providing notice (ideally a week’s) if you wish to stop attending that class.
A waiting list will be in operation for all classes and additional classes may be added as appropriate.
Apart from our Solo Routines classes, all other classes are currently couples only. All classes are limited to 12 people.
Class costs
The classes will all cost £8.50pp (minimum of £34 for 4 weeks), £38.25 for 5 sessions or £68 for 10 sessions and existing packages can be used. Where you have one of our other packages you may request for this to be transferred to an account balance to book against classes.
Revised Schedule
Our revised schedule will be as follows:
- Adult Beginner
- Mondays at 8pm
- Wednesdays at 12.30pm
- Adult Improver
- Mondays at 9pm
- Wednesdays at 1.30pm
- Wednesdays at 8pm
- Adult Improver 2
- Wednesdays at 9pm
- Thursdays at 1pm
- Thursdays at 7pm
- Adult Intermediate
- Thursdays at 2pm
- Thursdays at 8pm
- Solo Dancers (learning fun routines)
- Tuesdays at 7.30pm
- Wednesdays at 10am
- Over 50s
- Tuesdays at 2pm
- Tuesdays at 3pm
We will also be reintroducing our 6 week courses starting with Learn To Rock & Roll from Monday 7th and ‘Next Steps’ Salsa from Wednesday 9th. Courses are £45pp.
Sunday workshops for September will be Improver Waltz on 6th and Intermediate Waltz on 13th and cost £30 per couple.
We have had to set this all up on the system as separate to our regular classes so if you notice any teething problems please let us know.
Practice time in sessions may be split into 3 couples at a time to further minimise the risk of droplet spread.
Practice Day
Following the success of last month’s socially distanced practice day our next will be on Friday 11th September.
Again each session is limited to 4 couples and costs £7.50pp. Some of the sessions are already fully booked.
